- High School Diploma/GED for the DSP’s and Assistant Residence Manager position
- NYS Licensure and Registration for LPN’s
- A valid/satisfactory NYS Driver’s License in existence for at least six months (for most positions)
- Valid Social Security Card
- Updated Resume
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred but not required.
