PROGRAMS & SERVICES

Based in Woodside, Queens, this program meets every other Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Transportation is provided.
This program is for children with autism, and was designed to reinforce social, communication and language skills they learn during the week in school by providing guidance in a less structured environment. Activities include arts and crafts, music, drawing, dancing, puzzles, and board and video games. Field trips are also planned which take into account the interests of the students as well as their ability to experience and participate in new activities.

The Catskill Kids Club
Lifespire's Catskill Kids Club is a respite program that provides young children the opportunity for socialization and recreation. Located at 40 west Bridge Street in the Old Firehouse right in the heart of the town of Catskill. we operate every Saturday from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM and have an abundance of toys and sensory products that the children enjoy. Nutrition and gluten free foods are provided each session. Day trips are scheduled at least monthly. Lifespire serves children who are waiver enrolled between 5 and 10 years old. The club has room for a few more children and we welcome newcomers. This is a small group with capacity of ten. For more information please contact Virginia Gresko at 917.385.3566.
